Coronavirus Update
All libraries are currently closed to visitors.

However, Wolverhampton Central Library is now available for a "Select and Collect" service only. Reservations can be made online by visiting Renew or reserve library items. Reservations can be made by phone (01902) 552025 between 10am-3:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am-2pm (Saturday). We'll contact you once items are ready for collection.

You can safely return items, by using the return brown wheelie bins on the front steps between 10am–3:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am–2pm (Saturday). Returned items will be quarantined for 72 hours, in line with guidance, therefore loans will remain on your account until after this period.

The select and collect service is now also available at: Finchfield on Tuesday: 10am–3:30pm, Thursday: 10am–3:30pm and Saturday: 10am–2pm and Tettenhall on: Monday: 10am–3:30pm, Wednesday: 10am–3:30pm, Friday: 10am–3:30pm and Saturday: 10am–2pm.

Bilston, Central, Warstones and Wednesfield Libraries also operate the select and collect service.

Returning books during COVID-19

We have return boxes at four locations across the city: Central Library, Bilston Library, Warstones Library and Wednesfield Library.  Customers just drop their returns in the boxes provided and we’ll return them on our Library Management System.

Lockdown loans have been extended until 31st December 2020.
