Find out how you can download and borrow eBooks online.

Download eBooks on to your computer, eReader or smartphone. Unfortunately, you can't download onto Kindle devices because Amazon does not support the service. Please note, the library catalogue is best viewed on a computer as it is not mobile friendly.

How long can I borrow eBooks for?

You can borrow 3 eBooks for up to 21 days. If the book you want is already on loan to another borrower, you can reserve it free of charge. You'll receive an e-mail alert when it's available to download.

To start downloading eBooks, you'll need to enter the middle 8 digits from your library card, (missing off the DD at the beginning and the 0000 at the end) together with your PIN number.
