Commenting on Planning Applications

Planning Online will provide you with the formal start and end dates for public consultation. However, the "Comment on an application" button will be enabled until a decision is made.

We would prefer comments to be submitted during the formal consultation period. Comments can be submitted after the end date but we cannot guarantee they will be taken into account. Building Regulation applications are for information only and comments can not be made on these applications.

Updates

Planning & Building Control Online is continuously updated throughout the day. All applications and appeal details will only be made available online once we have checked that all information needed to accept the application is complete.
