A planned upgrade to our systems means the bulky items collection service will be unavailable from Monday 20 January until Monday 3 February. The new system will make the booking the service easier and more convenient.
If you requested a bulky item collection before Monday 20 January your items will still be collected. We will contact you to arrange a collection date.
In the meantime…
While we carry out the upgrade, you can visit one of the two tip sites across the city to dispose of your unwanted items. See opening days and times for tips here.
