If you owe the council money for a service other than council tax or non-domestic rates, such as trade refuse, this is called a council invoice or sundry debt. You can pay this in a number of ways.

Paying your council invoice online

You can now pay your council invoice through My Account which gives you access to a range of Council services. Get started by registering for an account and pay your invoice. You will need your 8 or 10 digit reference number shown on your invoice.

Paying online is quick and easy. Payments are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Direct debit

Direct debit is the easiest way to pay Council invoices. You can set up a direct debit by calling 01902 554518.

By phone

You can make a payment using the council's 24-hour automated payment Freephone line.

Alternatively, you can ring your own bank and ask them to make the payment to the following council bank account:
