You can now pay your council invoice through My Account which gives you access to a range of Council services - get started by registering for an account here and pay your invoice. You will need your 8 or 10 digit reference number shown on your invoice.
Paying online is quick and easy. Payments are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Other ways to pay
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay Council invoices. You can set up a direct debit by calling 01902 554518.

You can pay in person by using the Express Payment Point in the Civic Centre during opening hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm
- Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm
Customer payment card
You can pay free of charge at any PayPoint or Post Office, providing you have a customer payment card which contains your unique Council invoice account number. Simply hand your payment card and payment to the cashier and they will process the payment.
