Don’t be a scam victim
We are aware of fake emails circulating which claim to be from “Council Tax & Payroll Services” and are marked with the HMRC logo. They claim you are due a refund due to overpayment and encourage you to click a link. This is a phishing scam sent by fraudsters, do not click the link but do delete the email.
