There are only a handful of places left at a Grand Charity Dinner in aid of 3 very good causes.

The Mayor of Wolverhampton Councillor Milkinder Jaspal is inviting people to celebrate Christmas early by enjoying a 4 course meal and entertainment from Chloe-Jean, the resident vocalist at Marco Pierre White restaurant in Birmingham - with all proceeds going to the Mayor's 3 chosen charities.

The Grand Charity Christmas Dinner takes place in the Mayoral Suite at the Civic Centre, Wolverhampton, on Friday 13 December, 2013, from 7.15pm onwards. Tickets cost £35 per person and must be booked in advance.

Mayor Councillor Jaspal said: "We'll be celebrating Christmas early with a fantastic evening of food and music which we hope will raise hundreds of pounds for my 3 chosen charities, Guide Dogs, St Peter's Collegiate Church and the Black Country branch of the MS Society.

"We've only got a handful of places remaining and so I would urge people to reserve their table as soon as possible."
