Here’s our team of volunteers from Wolverhampton Council and Wolverhampton Homes pictured taking part in Birmingham Pride’s city wide march last Saturday 24 September on its 25th anniversary.

Our newly decorated Council and volunteers helped spread LGBT+ rainbow colours across the City to support LGBT+ rights and equality.

Leader of the City of Wolverhampton Council, Councillor Ian Brookfield – pictured alongside the volunteers on the march - said: “It’s wonderful that members of our Rainbow staff forum were able to represent the City of Wolverhampton Council and Wolverhampton Homes at one of the biggest Pride events in the country, showing our city's support and commitment to LGBT+ rights and equality. Our Rainbow vehicle made it all the more special. It was a tremendous day to be part of.”
