The Mayor of Wolverhampton Councillor Phil Page is inviting brainboxes to join him for a charity quiz night next month.

The general knowledge quiz is back by popular demand and will be held in the City Suite at the Civic Centre from 7pm on Thursday 4 April, 2019.

All proceeds will go to the Mayor's chosen charities, Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre, Kingswood Trust, Good Shepherd in Need and Inspire You, with the winning team also receiving £200 for their chosen charity.

Mayor Councillor Page said: "The quiz is open to everyone and I would love to see as many teams as possible join me for what promises to be another fun filled evening.

"The charity quiz is always one of the highlights of the Mayoral year and, as well as having a good time, we hope to raise hundreds of pounds for good causes."

Places are now available for teams of up to 5 people. Tickets are £50 per team, which includes a delicious portion of chicken goujons and chips per person. A vegetarian option is also available. Guests can bring their own drinks, or buy them on the night. There will also be a raffle, with some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

The charity quiz night is always a very popular event and places are likely to go quickly so must be reserved in advance. Please call the Mayor's office on 01902 554090 or email mayoral@wolverhampton.gov.uk for more information and to reserve a table.
