The awards, which have seen nominations received over the past months, look to recognise Young Citizens aged between 14 to 19 who live, go to school in or work in the city.
Young people have been nominated for a whole host of reasons - from caring for a family member, raising money for charities or helping vulnerable people to change their lifestyles.
The Mayor of Wolverhampton, Councillor Phil Page said "Young people are integral to the future of our city and I believe recognising them for the wonderful things they do is of the upmost importance.
"I encourage anybody who thinks they know a young citizen who deserves this award nominates them before it is too late"
Once the deadline closes the nominations will be looked over by the city's Rotary clubs, who organise the awards - and finalists, guests and nominators will be invited to attend an awards ceremony, which will be held on Thursday 5 July in the City Suite at the Civic Centre.
