People have until midnight tomorrow (Tuesday 14 February, 2023) to complete a short health and lifestyle survey and claim a free £5 shopping voucher.

The City Lifestyle Survey is gathering information about the lifestyle choices people make, which will enable the City of Wolverhampton Council and other organisations to make even more informed decisions about services that could improve the health of the local population.

Through the short survey, available at City Lifestyle Survey, residents can share their thoughts and experiences on a range of issues that might affect their lifestyle, including access to GPs, physical activity, alcohol consumption and vaccinations. The closing date for comments is tomorrow night (Tuesday 14 February, 2023).

To thank people for their time, everyone who completes the survey can claim a free £5 voucher which can be spent in one of Wolverhampton’s 7 community shops – Wolves Waste Not at Gatis Community Space, St Chads & St Marks Church in Pennfields, Big Venture Community Shop, Bilston Support Network Community Shop, Stratton Street Community Shop, Low Hill Community Shop and Eastfield Community Shop. Alternatively, it can be used at selected barbers and hairdressers.

Meanwhile, everyone who completes the survey can also choose from a list of community organisations and charities which will receive an added financial incentive of £2 per completed survey.

Councillor Jasbir Jaspal, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Public Health and Wellbeing, said: "Thousands of people have already had their say by taking this survey, which is helping to build a clearer picture of the health and wellbeing of the people of Wolverhampton.

“As a thank you, we are offering everyone who completes the survey a free £5 voucher to spend in their local community shop or selected hairdressers, and also the chance to select a local good cause which will receive a £2 donation on their behalf.

“So, if you haven’t already had your say, please do so before midnight tomorrow.”
