The Chamber, a membership organisation that represents around 1,500 businesses who employ over 67,500 employees across Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton, is now based at the University of Wolverhampton Science Park.
Councillor Reynolds said: "I am delighted the Chamber has made its new home in the city.
"The Science Park hosts more than 80 businesses and over 500 staff and will offer the Chamber an excellent working environment.
"Wolverhampton's regeneration plans have injected a new lease of life into business in the city and this move can only further enhance our relationship with the Chamber.
"I look forward to working with them from their new base in Wolverhampton to help achieve their aspirations for the Black Country economy."
Ninder Johal, Black Country Chamber of Commerce President, added: "The Chamber is delighted with the move to the University of Wolverhampton Science Park, where we are surrounded by a wealth of innovative and creative businesses.
"We continue to serve businesses across the region and will shortly be strengthening our outreach and support capability.
"The aim of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce is to double the size of the Black Country economy by 2023.
"To achieve this aim we would like to work closely with the local councils to create an environment in which local businesses can thrive."
