He is inviting people to join him for the fundraiser taking place in the Mayor's Parlour on Shrove Tuesday, 4 March, 2014 - and all proceeds will go to his chosen charities.
Tickets are £4 per person which includes traditional pancakes and a cup of tea or coffee. Tombola prizes will also be up for grabs at the event which runs from 10.30am to 12pm.
Proceeds will go to Guide Dogs, St Peter's Collegiate Church and the Black Country branch of the MS Society and Mayor Councillor Jaspal said: "This is a great chance to tuck into some delicious pancakes and raise much-needed funds for three very good causes."
