"I urge everyone to come along to join in this free event to celebrate Diwali. There’s entertainment for all of the family and, following the turning on of the lights at 8pm, there will be a spectacular fireworks display that shouldn’t be missed. Come and join in the celebrations at this important event in our city’s calendar.”

The Diwali Mela is supported by the Indian Multicultural Society, Shri Krishan Mandir, Gurudwara Sikh Council and the Gujrati Association.
