The City of Wolverhampton Council are seeking the relatives or friends of the late Edward Charles Richard Gandy so that his funeral can be arranged.
Mr Gandy, who passed away recently at the age of 85, lived in the Bilston area. Anyone who is related to Mr Gandy, or knows who is, is asked to please contact Diane Washbrook from the council's Court of Protection Team on 01902 555333 or by emailing diane.washbrook@wolverhampton.gov.uk.
