You can submit both compliments and complaints about the services you receive. You should send these to the organisation that manages your home.

Each housing management organisation will have two stages to their complaints handling process. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can refer it to the Housing Ombudsman.
The Housing Ombudsman
This service looks to resolve disputes involving tenants and leaseholders of social landlords. This includes the council and its housing management organisations.
The Housing Ombudsman introduced a Complaint Handling Code in July 2020. This sets out good practice to help landlords respond to complaints fairly. The code requires social housing landlords to complete and publish a self-assessment. The council has worked with our housing management organisations to complete these self-assessments. You can find these in the Downloads section.
