I need an extra collection/bin
My bin hasn’t been emptied

Your bin needs to be presented on time (by 6am) with the lid closed, and no obstructions in front of the container.

If any of the following reasons apply and you have followed the steps to solve the issue, contact us on the day of the missed collection. We will, if possible make a second attempt to collect. There is no obligation for us to return, however, every effort will be made to collect your waste before your next collection date. The additional lift my be chargeable at your usual lift rate.

We cannot take side waste so please do not place any waste in front of or on top of the bin. If you find that you are producing side waste on a regular basis you may need to increase your level of service, please contact us.

Have you paid?

Your instalments need to be up to date please see the ways to pay. Once paid collections will resume.

Was your bin presented on time?

Your bin needs to be at the collection point that we have been given access to by 6am

Was it too heavy or compacted?

Our trucks have a safety mechanism on the back and will not lift the bin if the waste is too heavy or packed too tightly into the bin. We advise you to remove the heavy waste and your bin will be emptied on your next collection date. You may also need to book an additional collection to remove any excess waste.
