Councillor Elias Mattu, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Adults, said: "We're celebrating National Libraries Day with a wide range of activities for all the family, and best of all they are all free.

"This is a great opportunity to find out more about what's on offer at your local library - and if you are not already a member, sign up and join the thousands of people who enjoy using their local library every week."
