It is hosting drop in sessions early next month with experts on hand to discuss options available to prospective learners and answer any questions they may have.
The Adult Education Service offers a wide range of courses, from Maths and English, ICT, Teaching and Languages including British Sign Language to Exercise and Arts and Crafts, Cookery, Flower Arranging and many more.
Councillor Phil Page, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for Schools, Skills and Learning, said: "Enrolling on an Adult Education course is an excellent way to learn new skills and potentially open new doors for people. It's also an opportunity to make new friends and get involved in the local community.
"Some of the courses our Adult Education Service offers lead to national qualifications, while others give people the chance to learn purely for the fun and enjoyment of learning. Specific courses prepare learners for work and employment, helping with CV writing, interview skills and training. Many of these courses are free, depending upon individuals' circumstances."
Prospective learners will be able to find out about the courses on offer - and in some cases enrol - at one of Enrolment Days which take place at Old Hall Street on Wednesday and Thursday 3 and 4 September from 10am to 7.30pm and Saturday 6 September from 10am to 1pm.
