The Mayor of Wolverhampton is inviting people to get into the festive spirit by joining him at a Christmas Coffee Morning in aid of charity.

It will give the public the chance to enjoy a mince pie and a cup of coffee or tea while raising money for Mayor Councillor Barry Findlay's 3 chosen charities, Wolverhampton Samaritans, Help for Heroes and the MS Therapy Centre in Tettenhall.

Mayor Councillor Findlay said: "This is a chance for people to take time out in the busy run up to Christmas and enjoy a well earned break, while also raising some vital funds for three very good causes."

The Christmas Coffee Morning takes place in the Mayoral Suite at the Civic Centre, Wolverhampton, on Wednesday 14 December, 2016 from 10.30am to 12pm. Admission is £1.50 on the door, which includes refreshments.
