The snack bar started serving Costa Coffee, the country's fastest growing brand of coffee, earlier this year - and it has proved so popular with customers that a range of iced drinks have gone on the menu.
They include blended ice drinks such as Red Berry, Mango and Passion Fruit and Caramel Latte Cooler, along with iced lattes and cappuccinos.
They will join the wide range of hot Costa drinks which are already available from the snack bar, including cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, mochas, espressos, macchiatos, tea and hot chocolate.
Councillor John Reynolds, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for City Services, said: "We've had a really good response to the new Costa Coffee outlet at the Civic Centre, both from the general public and our staff based in the Civic Centre. Sales are ahead of expectations and I'm delighted that we will shortly be expanding the range by offering iced drinks for the first time.
"We're always keen to offer our customers what they want, and by giving them a choice of both hot and cold drinks, we'll ensure they are refreshed this summer - whatever the weather may be."
The snack bar is open from 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
