People who receive care and support in their own home are being urged to complete a short survey which will help shape future services.

The City of Wolverhampton Council is carrying out a review of domiciliary care services and wants to gather people's experiences of them.

Councillor Linda Leach, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Adult Services, said: "The findings of this survey will help us to plan domiciliary care services in the future.

"This survey is your chance to tell us your experiences of receiving domiciliary care from providers in Wolverhampton, and in particular what works well and what we might need to improve."

The survey is available online until 16 August. The survey should only be completed by people who are receiving domiciliary care services funded by the City of Wolverhampton Council.

All responses will be kept confidential and no identifiable information will be collected. Anyone who would like further information about the survey should contact Manju Raillay on 01902 556244 or by emailing manju.raillay2@wolverhampton.gov.uk
