There's a host of exciting activities for young people taking place at the city's leisure centres this half term.

Aldersley Leisure Village, the Bert Williams Leisure Centre and Central Baths are each offering a varied programme of activities for children and young people aged up to 17.

Aldersley Leisure Village is offering boxercise classes, youth gym sessions, tennis, badminton, table tennis, spin classes and studio cycling while the football pitches and athletics track will also be available for use.

Over at the Bert Williams Leisure Centre, there will be squash and badminton lessons and the youth gym will be open while in the pool there will be special swimming classes and family aqua fit sessions.

Meanwhile, young people can make a splash at Central Baths with activities including snorkelling, synchronised swimming and crash course swimming lessons as well as special Ducks sessions for youngsters aged between 4 and 5.

Councillor Elias Mattu, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for Leisure and Communities, said: "There is a fantastic range of sporting activities on offer at our leisure centres this half term and there's sure to be something of interest to all our young people."
