WV Active will be putting on a jam-packed schedule of activities this half-term for children of all ages.

The City of Wolverhampton Council's 3 leisure centres, WV Active Aldersley, WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams and WV Active Central, will be hosting a variety of sessions suitable for children up to the age of 16 from Monday 24 October to Friday 28 October, 2016.

WV Active Aldersley will be offering seasonal fun including a Halloween themed roller disco, arts and crafts sessions and a Spooky Wooky Toddler Sense party.

Aldersley will also be offering football, tennis, badminton and hockey sessions, cycling courses and a bounce party.

WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams will be opening up the studio pool for crash course swimming lessons and parent and toddler sessions, as well as fun float sessions for families with children aged up to 8.

Meanwhile WV Active Central will be offering fun float sessions for families with children of all ages, along with swimming lessons for beginners and diving and snorkelling sessions for more advanced swimmers.

Councillor Steve Evans, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for City Environment, said: "Our WV Active leisure centres have plenty to keep your children entertained over the half term holidays. Places on some sessions are limited, so I would urge parents to book early to avoid disappointment."
