WV Active will be opening all 3 leisure centres for hours of free fitness fun this weekend.

Visitors are invited to drop into any of the leisure centres, WV Active Aldersley, WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams and WV Active Central, on Saturday 7 January to take part in free sport sessions, swimming sessions and fitness classes.

WV Active Aldersley will be hosting the main event with plenty of free activities, including fitness classes, tennis, badminton, table tennis and basketball between 1pm and 4pm.

Free swimming sessions for adults and children and fitness classes are on offer at WV Active Central between 10am and 4pm and at WV Active Bilston - Bert Williams between 10am and 3pm.

The three leisure centres, which are run by City of Wolverhampton Council, will each be holding a free Bhangra Blaze session for people to take part in during the event.

Other fitness classes on offer include Pilates and Spinning, as well as Les Mills classes Body Attack, Body Pump and Body Balance.

Booking is not required and sessions with limited places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
