Information days are being held for local people who are interested in taking temporary Christmas jobs with e-retailer Amazon.

Recruitment firm Transline is seeking people to work at the Amazon warehouse in Rugeley, with hundreds of jobs available.

Information sessions will be taking place at Low Hill Community Centre, Kempthorne Road on Wednesday 4 November from 9.30am to 12pm, the Bob Jones Community Hub - formerly Blakenhall Community and Healthy Living Centre - on Bromley Street, Blakenhall, on Thursday 5 November from 9.30am to 12pm and 12.30pm to 3pm and St Martin's Church, Slater Street, Bradley, on Friday 6 November from 12.15pm to 3pm.

People are invited along for an informal chat and to register their interest for the roles. An assessment day will follow at Heart & Soul Community Centre, Fifth Avenue, on Tuesday 10 November from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Pay starts at £7 per hour and transport to and from Wolverhampton is available.
