Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Bilston Craft Gallery and Bantock House Museum are all hosting fun family events during the school break.
Youngsters aged from 4 to 12 can drop into Wolverhampton Art Gallery on Monday 15 February from 1pm to 2.30pm to design their own textile banners using rich textures and colourful fabrics.
On Tuesday 16 February the gallery is giving children the chance to build their own terrific toy towns by designing houses, roads and buildings. There are 2 sessions, the first from 10.30am to 12pm and a second from 1pm to 2.30pm.
Bilston Craft Gallery is holding a medal and jewellery making workshop using sheet copper and aluminium on Tuesday 16 February from 11am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3pm.
Young people addicted to fashion can find out about the fabulous and dangerous designs of the Georgian times thanks to unique fashion workshops at Wolverhampton Art Gallery on Wednesday 17 February. Organised by members of the Art Forum, the workshops are suitable for people aged 14 to 25 and take place from 1pm to 3pm and again from 5pm to 7pm.
Meanwhile, children who like getting messy can make clay thumbpot creatures in a creative session at Bilston Craft Gallery on Wednesday 17 February from 11am to 12.30pm and again from 1.30pm to 3pm.
And big bugs are at Bantock House Museum on Thursday 18 February, with children invited to make their own insects in creative sessions from 10.30am to 12pm and 1pm to 2.30pm.
Also on Thursday 18 February is a Craftplay session for younger children at Bilston Craft Gallery. There's another on Saturday 20 February, and on both days they will run from 10.30am to 12pm and again from 1.30pm to 3pm.
Youngsters can monkey around and mark the Chinese New Year at Wolverhampton Art Gallery on Friday 19 February. As well as finding out about some of the funny monkeys on display around the gallery, youngsters can make their own sock monkeys to take home in sessions running between 10.30am and 12pm and from 1pm to 2.30pm.
The half term fun ends with a Big Clay Play Day on Saturday 20 February from 11am to 3pm at Wolverhampton Art Gallery, giving families inspired by BBC Two's Great Pottery Throw Down the chance to create their own amazing ceramics and enjoy the gallery's new exhibition, Big Ceramics.
