There's a host of exciting activities for young people taking place at the city's leisure centres over the Easter holidays.

Aldersley Leisure Village, the Bert Williams Leisure Centre and Central Baths are running a varied programme of activities for children and young people aged up to 17.

Aldersley Leisure Village is offering boxercise, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, go karting, football and cycling as well as special sessions in the youth gym.

The Bert Williams Leisure Centre has badminton and table tennis, while its youth gym will be open and there will also be a variety of special swimming sessions in the pool.

Meanwhile, young people can also make a splash at Central Baths with special swimming sessions and snorkelling lessons.

Councillor Elias Mattu, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for Leisure and Communities, said: "We've got loads of fantastic activities and events planned at our leisure centres over the Easter holidays.

"With everything from basketball and boxercise to tennis, athletics and even go karting, as well as plenty going on in the pools at Central Baths and the Bert Williams Leisure Centre, there's sure to be something for everyone."
