The summer holiday will see a series of exciting activities for children bounce onto the scene.

Blakenhall Community and Healthy Living Centre will be hosting activities for children such as trampolining, multi sport special and boogieing sessions over the holiday so families will have much to enjoy.

Bouncing, Books and Boogieing sessions suitable for 8 to 15 year olds will take place on Tuesdays 30 July, and 6, 20 and 27 August, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and will cost £1.50 per child.

Trampolining sessions will be available to those aged 8 and over and will take place on Thursdays 1, 8 and 15 August, and will cost £1.50 per child.

Multi Sport Special sessions will include a netball obstacle course and fun fitness, suitable for moms and children aged 7 and over the sessions will run on Wednesdays 14 and 21 August, from 9.30am to 10.30am and will cost £1.50 per child.

Councillor Elias Mattu, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for Leisure and Communities, said: "Wolverhampton has so much on offer for children this summer and these fantastic activities are a great addition.

"Not only are the activities on offer for children great to see but also activities suitable for parents to join in allowing quality family time."
