The Friends of Bantock House Museum are organising A Bit of a Do at the popular attraction next month.

The annual family fun day promises a range of traditional entertainment for people of all ages, including Punch and Judy, donkeys, music, stalls and activities.

A Bit of Do takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, 4 May, 2015, from 11am to 4pm and entry is free.

Visitors to Bantock House will also get a final chance to catch the museum's latest exhibition. On The Right Tracks explores Wolverhampton's involvement in the growth of the railways and is on display until Saturday 10 May, 2015.

Early risers can also enjoy a delicious breakfast in Bantock's courtyard cafe, which is now open from 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week.
