Relatives of a man who passed away recently are being asked to contact the City of Wolverhampton Council.
John Cooper lived in Chapel Ash and more recently the Whitmore Reans area and was 65 years old.
The City of Wolverhampton Council's Court of Protection Team is trying to trace Mr Cooper's relatives so that his funeral can be arranged.
