All operator staff, in a role where they interact with members of the public and people managing service delivery, must be trained in disability awareness, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Safeguarding or have their knowledge and skills assessed, and be encouraged through targeted and general communications to uphold the highest standards of customer service.
