Fees
The fee for a transfer of premises licence holder is £23.
If applying by post or in person you can pay by cheque/postal order made payable to City of Wolverhampton Council, card or cash at the Civic Centre Licensing Department.
By post and in person
Download, print off and complete the application form in the download section.
Return your form to the address below.
If the application is made by post or in person, you must also serve the application on West Midlands Police, the Home Office and the Environmental Health Team.
