- Allocation Day: 2 March 2026, you can find out which school your child has been offered

- Children starting Year 7 in September 2026
- Children transferring from Middle to Secondary school (Year 8 or Year 9)
How to Apply
- If you missed the deadline, you can still apply using the late application form (see downloads section).
- Apply through your home Local Authority, even if you want a school in a different council area.
Choosing Schools
- You can list up to five schools as your preferences.
- Wolverhampton schools are popular, so use all five preferences if possible.
Supplementary Information Form
If you are applying to any of these schools, you must also fill out a Supplementary Information Form and send it directly to the school:
- Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy
- St Edmund's Catholic Academy
- St Peter's Collegiate School
- St Regis Church of England Academy
- The Royal School, Wolverhampton

Checking Your School Offer
- If you applied online, check your child’s school allocation on the web portal from March 2, 2026.
- You will also receive an email confirming your child’s school place.
