Energy rebate discretionary fund

The government provided funding for us to operate a discretionary fund for households in need who are not eligible for the main council tax rebate scheme. This includes residents on a low income who live in bands E-H, or who are not liable for council tax but are responsible for energy costs, such as students and bedsits. Automatic payments will be made to households in receipt of council tax support who pay their council tax by direct debit by the end of April 2022.

Applications for the discretionary fund have now closed. Any fully completed applications will be processed over the next few days.
