The Valuation Office (VOA) have set a deadline of 31 March 2026 for putting in a request to change the RV or correct any errors in the 2023 Rating List. After this date the 2023 Rating List closes and if no appeal has been submitted there can be no changes made before 1 April 2026.
In order to put in a Check or Challenge you must use your business rates valuation account. If you don’t already have an account, you need to leave enough time to register and claim your property, as this can take up to 15 days.
