We hope after visiting our website you will choose to get married or form your civil partnership in the City of Wolverhampton at one of our wonderful venues.

Wolverhampton Register Office manage three ceremony venues – City Suite, Register Office, and City Archives (The Oak Room and the Rococo Room). Should you wish to get married at any of these venues we can manage the room hire, the registrars’ attendance, and the ceremony content so you will pay just one fee to us.

Should you be interested in any of the other licenced venues in Wolverhampton, you should organise the room hire directly with the venue, and then Submit your marriage or civil partnership enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible. This will secure our attendance to conduct and register your civil marriage or civil partnership, and for us to produce the all-important certificate.

“We recently got married at The Wolverhampton City Archives, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. The new Oak Room is absolutely stunning, and it felt incredibly special knowing we were the first couple to ever be married there.

We were married by Toby, who did an amazing job and made everything feel effortless and relaxed, setting the tone for the whole day.

We’re so grateful for the experience we had in the Oak Room at the Wolverhampton City Archives.” – Jessi Bhatia and Michael Johnson - Oak Room

“It was an absolute honour for us to be among the first couples to exchange vows at the Oak Room. The space is truly breath taking, possessing a unique architectural character that provided a magnificent backdrop for such a significant milestone.

We feel deeply privileged to have commenced our married life together within these historic walls.

The entire experience was exceptional.” – Paulius & Ioana Onuta - Oak Room
