Please send all the proof we asked for. This will help us deal with your claim more quickly.

Before you upload

Please make sure:

• you have filled in the right benefits application form on our website here
• you send all the proof we asked for
• you remove any password protection on the document
• the size of the document is no more than 5MB
• if the document is a scan or photo:
  • any text is easy to read
  • it shows the whole document

Important:
If you send proof before you fill in an application form, we may not be able to use it.
