Cycling

Wolverhampton City Council recognises the important role cycling can play in providing people with attractive alternatives to the car for some of their journeys.

There are strategies for the City which promote cycling to improve safety, convenience and attractiveness of key routes. This is complemented by a programme of education, training and publicity. The City Council also holds a quarterly Cycle Forum to discuss issues of interest to cyclists in the City.
