The council is not responsible for and does not maintain bus shelters and bus stops.

Bus shelters

The vast majority of bus stops (covered shelters) in Wolverhampton are maintained by passenger transport executive, Centro.

Contact Centro directly if you wish to:  

  • report damage to a shelter
  • request provision of a new shelter
  • request that a shelter should be moved or removed

Bus stops

The vast majority of bus stops (poles with route information) in Wolverhampton are maintained by the operator in the city, National Express West Midlands.

Contact National Express West Midlands if you want to:

  • report damage to a bus stop
  • request provision of a new bus stop
