Free city centre bus (500 service)
Wolverhampton City Council provides a free bus service around the City centre, in partnership with Travel West Midlands.
The 500 service runs at the following times:
- Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, every 6 minutes from 9:30am to 4:00pm
- Mon and Thurs, every 10 minutes from 9:30am to 4:00pm
- No service on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
All buses are modern, low floor, easy access, making them ideal for people with mobility problems or families with pushchairs.

- From the Bus Station in an anti clockwise direction along Lichfield Street
- Bus Stop just before Queen Square
- Bus Stop mid way down Darlington Street, just after Beatties store
- Left into School Street
- After a Bus Stop in School Street, right to Salop Street, and the Market Bus Stop
- Right into Peal Street, Bus Stop on Pitt Street, also for the Market
- Next main Bus Stop, Cleveland Street for Wulfrun Centre and Shopmobility
- Along Market Street, Bus Stop at the rear of Marks and Spencer
- Then returning to the Bus Station.
