Molineux match day parking scheme

A match day parking scheme is in opperation in the Whitmore Reans area of Wolverhampton.

Restrictions have been  introduced on streets surrounding Molineux Stadium on match days to address parking and congestion problems in the Whitmore Reans for local residents.

Residents, their visitors and business within the area covered by the scheme require a permit to park on match days.

Which streets are covered by the match day parking zone?

Roads outside the scheme zone are unaffected and any existing areas of permitted parking restrictions apply as before.

When is the match day parking zone enforced? 

The match day parking zone only applies on days or evenings when Wolverhampton Wanderers FC have a first team game at Molineux Stadium.

Forthcoming dates are advertised in advance on signs on the main routes into Wolverhampton containing the zone. A list of fixtures are also available from the club.

Restrictions are enforced during the following match day times:

  • Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays between 12noon and 6.30pm
  • Weekdays, between 6pm and 10pm

How do I apply for a permit?
