Wolverhampton City Council is responsibility for enforcing parking regulations within Wolverhampton.

Failure to comply with restrictions will result in an Penalty Charge Notice being issued. The penalty charges are as follows:

• A penalty charge of £70 on the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice for higher level contraventions.
• A penalty charge of £50 on the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice for lower level contraventions.
• The above penalty charges are discounted by 50% if payment is received within 14 days or within 21 days for PCN's issued by post.
