Parking contravention codes
From 31 March 2008, the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007 will come into force.
From this date, Penalty Charge Notices will be either £70 (higher level) or £50 (lower level), with corresponding reductions to £35 or £25 if payment is made within 14 days of issue.
The following tables give details of the code, level of charge and a description of on-street and car park contravention:
