Motorcycles can park free in marked motorcycle bays around the city and at the motorcycle bay at Civic Centre car park.
The evening charge is only applicable for vehicles entering a car park after 5.30pm.
Cleveland Street car park
Cleveland Street car park is a pay and display car park. It is for the use of disabled Blue Badge holders only before 5.30pm.
Parking bays will be reserved for Shopmobility customers free of charge. Contact Shopmobilty 01902 555568 prior to your visit.

- Up to 2 hrs - £1
- Up to 3 hrs - £2
General use after 5.30pm
- Mon to Sat - £2.50

Private car parks
Quarterly season tickets
You can buy quarterly car parking season tickets for a number of council car park (subject to availability):
Terms and conditions
- 3, 6 and 12 month season tickets are available and are issued to a specific vehicle
- Tickets must be affixed to the vehicle's off-side windscreen
- No space will be reserved in the car park nor will spaces be guaranteed
- Season tickets can be purchased in advance for the following periods: January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31
- Season tickets are valid on weekdays, Monday to Friday only
- Charges are reviewed annually
We will endeavour to tell season ticket holders in advance of any increases in charges.

Requests will only be considered once a completed form and payment has been sent to the address at the bottom of the page.
Blue Badge scheme
Please note there are no concessions on council off street car parks for Blue Badge holders.
