M6 Jct 10 to 11 - Managed Motorway overnight closures
Friday January 29 to Saturday March 12, 2010
The M6 through the West Midlands is currently being upgraded by the Highways Agency to allow the introduction of a Managed Motorway scheme including hard shoulder running and variable speed limits.
Part of the work requires either the northbound or southbound carriageway of the M6 to be closed between junctions 10 and 11 to allow the removal of existing gantries and the erection of new ones.
To allow the work to take place, a diversionary route via Wolverhampton will be used.
