WCityStop.info - New high quality city centre facilities

New high quality city centre facilities are now open. The facilities are based in Victoria Street and provide a reception space accessible to all members of the public including an information exchange, rest area, baby feeding and toilet facilities.

The facilities are staffed by two attendants and, in addition to state-of-the-art toilet facilities, features:

  • A quiet area suitable for parents, including mothers who are breastfeeding
  • Baby changing facilities
  • A shower facility
  • A free telephone link to City Direct and other council services
  • Access to the council’s website
  • A multi-media screen displaying council information
  • An integrated security system including CCTV.
