Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group works collaboratively with patients, practices and NHS partners to buy and monitor health services for the city's 249,000 registered patients. Your GP is your point of contact and can signpost you to services that can help you.

The following links and pages outline our Local Offer to children and young adults who have special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND), including those who do not have EHC (Education, Health and Care) Plans, and sets out how you engage with the relevant services.Local Offer Can't find what you're looking for?

The information provided has been co-produced with parents. We will continue to monitor and review our offer based on input, user comments and feedback from children, young people and their families to help inform the future provision of services.

We extend grateful thanks to our parent partners for their time and commitment to this task.
