Did you know that you can save time by reporting and requesting council services through our new website?

As part of the ongoing development of the site, we've launched a new feature called 'My Account'

This feature allows you to register your details and create a profile where you can:

  • Subscribe to pages of interest - so, for instance, if you're a busy parent and want to keep up to date with changes to school terms dates or whether there are changes to services over bank holidays, you'll be able to manage subscriptions and receive updates by creating an account.
  • Quickly and easily complete forms to request council services - while you are logged in, forms on www.wolverhampton.gov.uk will pre-populate with all your details, saving you time.
  • During registration, you will be able to choose to receive further information from the council, and in near future you'll be able keep up to date by opting to get email alerts about news and events.

Wolverhampton City Council will also be able to develop the My Account feature further by integrating it into our back office systems allowing you to track and monitor the progress of requests you make to the council.
