There are a range of services offered by the Visitor Information Centre team, some of which include:
- Directions to anywhere in the city (Shops, amenities, banks, organisations etc)
- Knowledge of city attractions, amenities and facilities
- Local transport information
- Extensive selection of free leaflets and brochures about a vast range of activities, attractions and events, both in Wolverhampton and further afield
- Sales of souvenirs, maps, stamps and phone cards
- Accommodation bookings
- Up to the minute knowledge of forthcoming events and things do do in and around the city
- Knowledge about the best places to eat, drink and socialise in the city
